I am not able to see option to remove disk unit from ASP when I logged into DST with control panel option 21 when system is active. Do any one confirm me that this option will be available if I login into DST using manual IPL?

I want to compare the time a date parameter was validated with with a known preset time that changes each day. So if a person validates the date parameter before 09:00 on a form (so between 00:00 and 09:00) it will generate a scripted message.
