I've heard of direct mail being great for demand generation but that it can get expensive. I work at a B2B company in the IT space and I'm wondering it's it's worth it to try direct mail or if I should just continue with email campaigns?
Emailings do not work at all, we have mixed results from trade shows. Telemarketing is still our best option but we'd like to do more. Any suggestions?

I have setup Exchange server in my organization. I can send Receive mail on intranet. Can send mail to outside domains like yahoo, gmail etc. But unable receive mails from outside that is from internet. I have domain with godaddy and created a MX record pointing to my public ip of my exchange...

I have read that there are some "IP Address Locator" websites, that when you enter the Originating IP Address from the emails Return Path, it will be able to tell you the internet connection type that was used to send the email. Can anyone point me to the website that can do this?
Running Exchange 2003. Users have Outlook 2007. When a user send an email with a .pptx attachment the email does not go to recipient. No message why, just disappears. Same email sent to email outside our network receives the attachment.
