Unable to detect external keyboard
I have a user using microdot arc wireless mouse . When the receiver is pug in the laptop , external keyboard is unable to detect at the bit locker boot up screen . The wireless mouse is pnp no need any software installation! pls advise!

Pull up a list of the last time the person took each course set-up in the system
I have a training database and I can easily pull up a report of all dates a person took courses but I would like to just get a report of the last time a person took each course. I do not want multiple listing of a course.
