Where could I go to get info on managing a 40 phone system using Nortel CS1000. I’m new to the job and there are no manuals I can find to learn what different commands mean and how to properly use them.

Equals comparion with the same object should return false. Condition is you cannot override equals. Does anyone has any clue on how to solve this?

I have a old v5 notes db with 900 Word, Excel, and Zip attachements. I need to get them out and stored outside this unused DB. I am NOT a notes user, and need a easy tool to extract these attachments, that does not cost an arm and leg.

Tentative appointments not showing
It used to be that appointments would show up whether we accepted or not. Now they only seem to appear if we accept. Why? How do I change it back to be that they show up on our calendar whether accepted or not?

How do I get excel and word to open files without giving me the “read only” screen and having to click “notify” and wait? In the 2007 version, they would just open and 2010 takes so much longer because of this “read only” issue. How do I take that off so they just open?

The deleted folder shoes 0 messages but now program will not allow me to delete any mail from my inbox into the deleted folder. I keep getting the error message ’this item(s) cannot be deleted.
