While we are converting to newer version of forms, we need to have a second backup site to support the current 4.5 production environment. So we are looking for a download site to have this backup site running on Windows 2000 server, just like it is now.

We store all documents on the network. Some open directly but others insist on downloading first. Does anyone know what would cause this and how we can stop it as some users lose formatting when the files download despite using the same version of Word (2010). Many thanks

We need to turn on journalling to allow a backward recovery if a big batch job goes wrong. Do I still need to do the SAVCHGOBJ before starting the journalling in order for the restore to work or is that just for forward recovery? I still don’t understand the need for it….
