Iseries access print screen doesn’t work on Windows 7
If you are on 5.4 or earlier there are known issues with Win7(the only ones I found) with printing do to some print driver/font issues. You may need to upgrade CA to 7.1 and it is still backward compatible with OS back to 5.4
