whenever I do anything for my bosses calendar,it goes in my box. e.g. if I accept a meeting, the meeting invitations gets deleted from his inbox,and goes in my deleted files rather than his. When I delete and email, same thing?

Why am I barred from adding new fields (e.g. Text, Fields, Formulas) to my report. I am able to move and alter existing fields but not add new one. This problem began suddenly and after reloading Crystal 8.5, the problem still exists.
