From Wikipedia: “Roaming=extending of connectivity service in a location that is different from the home location where the service was registered.” For Interconnect I guess is simply when you are switching operator in the same country.

I guess it depends what you want to do with the server..if it is for SQL then it will be better to have 1+0 as it will return faster response. but if you want to use for normal u can use raid 5 too….once you have 5 HDD, you can use about 4TB of space. [...]
