Page cannot be displayed
I have an domino application hosted on a domino server 6.5.3 on a Windows 2003 standard server. This server is in a DMZ and has a public IP Address as well as an internal IP Address. I am able to open the application via the the internal IP Address, however I get the "Page cannot be displayed" error page when I try to access the application via the internet through the public IP Address. The server can be reached when performing a ping / traceroute to the public IP Address.
The database has Anonymous access set to Author in the ACL. Is there any setting that needs to be done in the server document that I am missing?
I am new to Lotus Domino Web Administration and would appreciate any help I can get.

If keyword lookups can not be found, pages can not be displayed and the error messages are not the same as if the Notes client was returning the error. Keyword lookup failures can stem from hardcoded server references or database references which can not be access under the URL provided. There are two things you can do to help make troubleshooting easier.
1. If you are using IE, there is an option under the Internet Option, Advance tab, for "Show friendly HTTP error messages". Turn it off and restart the browser.
2. Make use of the $$Return... error messaging; there are four.. Do a search in designer help for "$$Return*", you should find the "Displaying a customized error message on the Web"; it will list them all.
