 OWA/iPhones not working after exchange 2003 reinstall
Hello all. Due to a problem with exchange 2003 I have had to do a reinstall. Exchange is now working but OWA is not working properly any more. I can log in to OWA but when I try to reply to an email the email body field is blue with a little red cross in it. I have worked through the MS doc on deleting and recreating directories for OWA in IIS and users who could not log into OWA now can but I still have the above issue. Plus our managers with smartphones/iPhones cannot recieve email. Help! thanks Tracy

Hi Tracy, Can you tell me what OS is on the computer you are using. the one that you are accessing OWA with? because I had a similar issue but the computer my client was using was Vista business and this required a patch to be installed on the exchange server. also on another clients server their iPhone wouldn't sync until I upgraded exchange to SP3 Hope this Helps Shane.
