OWA URL not working- Exchange 2003

Firewalls, Exchange 2003, Outlook, URL, Outlook Web Access, OWA, SonicWALL TZ 170

We run a single Exchange 2003 server behind a SonicWall TZ170 firewall. I recently updated the security services on the SonicWall and now our OWA FBA page isn't loading. We use http://mycompany.com/email to access OWA, this is the URL that doesn't work. I can still access the exchange server by going to http://mycompany.com/exchange. Did it work before you upgraded the firmware on the firewall? I am curious why you opted for a different virtual directory "/email" as opposed to none at all and using a redirect instead. Check the virtual directory in IIS Manager and make sure that it is running. If not, start it. If there is no "/email" virtual directory, you can create it by copying the settings of /exchange'.
