Good day, I am sruggeling with the OWA password change option. Everything is set up correctly as done through the MS KB's. When I try to use the change password option I get a error 403.4 SSL error, but when I access the OWA with the server's local IP and not through the internet, there is no problem. I hope someone can help me, I tried everything......

Are you certain that SSL is working on your web server? Try navigating to the server using http://servername either internally or externally.

If I open http://servername internally, my browser goes to exchange guest account, and if I try it externally I get a 403 Forbidden error

Have you check to see if port 443 is open on your firewall?

Also, SSL is port 443. Go to https://servername and see if that works. Also, check the firewall to ensure you can connect to 443 from the outside as the previous poster suggested. DoS
