OWA issue with Department Listing


OWA 2003, Outlook Web Access, OWA, Outlook 2003, Outlook

If I log into our OWA (Exchange 2003) and search by Department we have one email user who does not show up in the listing. If I use Outlook 2003 and search by Department it shows up?
