 owa is not working externally show Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

i open this owa with ip (https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/owa) it is open  but when i open by https://mail.alnajat.com.kw/owa it is not open plz i wana soluation this problem as soon as u can

It sounds like your public and/or private DNS is not configured properly to resolve the IP address to the name. Create an A or CNAME record as needed to resolve the name to the IP address configured for OWA purposes. In the IT trenches?
