We have Exchange 2003 running on a W2K3 box and just the last few weeks I have been getting complaints from OWA users about new mail not showing up in their inbox. If they use Outlook they don't have a problem. In OWA, they can see that there is new mail because of the number by their inbox but they can't view it. I have seen it with both the "Messages" view and the "Two-line View". If I change the view to something else, the mail will then show up. If I just try closing OWA and restarting it or doing a refresh, nothing happens. The users says this problem just started happening recently but I can't think of anything that might have changed on our Exchange box.
