Q:
OWA email won't pass through the Exchange 2007 Edge Transport server
I have an Exchange 2007 server on the internal network running the Hub Transport, Client Access and Mailbox server roles. I also have an Edge Transport server on the perimeter network, subscribed with the Hub Transport server role. Email flow is fine, but I cannot get Outlook Web Access (OWA) and Office Activation Wizard (OAW) to work through the Edge Transport server. Is there some kind of pass-through mechanism that forwards OWA and OAW requests to the Hub Transport server from the Edge Transport server? Or does this require extra configuration work?

You could either open your firewall to allow communication with your CAS or publish it to an ISA server instead.
