Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I have downloaded a fix that microsoft released that corrected the problem KB935489. The problem was corrected by installing the patch on the backend servers. Once this was completed , everything started to work again

Is this true for ALL mail they receive or just some? Did this just start or has it been happening since the first time they logged in? Did the users in question by chance select the language as chinese when they first logged into OWA? There's a fix for that if that's what happened. I'll tell you about it when you can provide the answer. Thanks.

this started happening when I added the disclaimer in the hub transport server in exchange 2007 and told all users from exchange 2003 to route throught exchange 2007 so that they can have the disclamier appended to the outgoing email

What method did you use to tell "all users from exchange 2003 to route throught exchange 2007"?

Has this been resolved yet? If not, can you answer whether this is happening for ALL users or just some? When they open OWA it would be OWA 2003 for the affected users, and is this true for ALL OWA 2003 users or just some of them?
