OWA access when AD account expired.
OWA 2003, OWA, Outlook Web Access, Outlook, Active Directory
In our Exchange environment users whose AD account is expired , they are able to log in to OWA . If i not wrong they should get "HTTP : 403 forbidden access " error .


Please suggest ....

We had to observe Sarbanes/Oxley regulations to guarantee no access after an employee left - so as part of a standard termination procedure we would (a) disable the account and (b) change the password. That locks the log on down completely with very little effort.
