Outlook won’t send messages

When I try to send email I get this message: "The sent items folder is unavailable. This message began appearing after he copied and pasted all of my Outlook data files. (which caused another problem.  The files were duplicated, and the one file which has the complete content is now not connected to the other subfolders. However, there's an incomplete set of data which does contain the right folders. I am not sure if the root cause of these two problems is the same, nor how to fix them.

Need more information. How did all of these things take place? Is it your office/personal? Is there Exchange Server/IMAP/POP3? If this is an office, is there a person who takes care all about these? Whatever it is, probably fresh install/configuration may help to overcome this issue.
