Answer Wiki:
Security groups? I don't think so, no. OWA is disabled through Active Directory on the Exchange Features tab. For bulk operations read through <a href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb219050(EXCHG.65).aspx">this article</a> Also about two thirds of the way down <a href="http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Securing-Exchange-Server-2003-Outlook-Web-Access-Chapter5.html">this page</a>
