 Outlook users need to add global contacts & groups
My Outlook users want to add customer contacts (global) and then put them in groups. All users will need access to these distribution groups and individual contacts.

Import a distribution list from the Global Address List This feature requires you to be using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account. On the Tools menu, click Address Book. In the Show names from the list, click Global Address List. In the Type name or select from list box, type the name of the distribution list you want to import into your Contacts folder. In the list below, double-click the name. Click Contacts. Click OK. Hope this helps. K
