 outlook to notes environment

hi, i got a user whereby he created a html doc in outlook and send to notes. But what i see on my notes and his outlook envitonment(attached file-Test#6.jpg) was different. The border size he set on his outlook was border=1 but when reached notes it auto becomes border=4? is there any setting on my notes which i can change ?Pls kindly help . Thanks for your trouble!
