when i open a new email message and hit the TO button, a Send To List Box comes up, and in that box (with contacts selected) i see some dual entries. It shows the contact's email address but also their business fax. This is bothersome and i have tried everything i can to change this view option, or filter out this double entry appearance, since i am not likely ever to send a fax via outlook. What do you suggest?
