How do I find out which of my .pst files is password protected?

Is there a way that “I” can decrypted the file myself or does that have to be done by an Administrator? Thanks for the feedback.

Of course you can do it yourself, so long as you know the password. If the password is not known, you will have to resort to using password recovery utility.
