Try out this.... Open OL > Tools > Trust Centre > and on left pane click Attachment Handling then un-check the Turn off attachment preview. And also open AC reader click edit > preferences > make un-check enable protected mode at startup. click yes and again click Ok and close the same. Hope it will resolve ur issue.
