I have a user who's mailbox is filling up with modification resolution records and synchronization logs and his send receive mailbox is filling with !Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (0x8004010F) operation failed. I have set up him up with Microsoft Online Email and Microsoft CRM Online. In the past we used Exchange 2003 of which I migrated to Office 365 online email. When I try to connect his CRM Online with his Outlook 2007 I get a message that says cannot authenticate credentials. I know this sounds like three issues but I believe they are all related, but how? Anybody have ideas?
