Outlook Message Problem.
Outlook, Outlook 2003, Office 2003, Windows XP, Outlook Errors
Hi,

We are using Outlook 2003 with Word as an editor, the problem is only occurring for 1 user.

When the user creates a new message and goes on writing the new mail after a bit he minimizes it and starts a new email.

Doesn't like the 2nd new email and closes by pressing the X on top right hand corner. Outlook asks for it to be saved or not.

But then instead of the Outlook window; the 1st new email window opens ................... which is strange as it should be the last window which was the Outlook Window.

Any help will be appreciated.

Is this a new development for this user or has it always behaved this way? Try a repair of Office, if that does not resolve it try an uninstall/re-install. You can also try removing and re-creating his outlook profile.
