My employer doesn't allow us to have Outlook Android app due to a corporate policy (can only get access on my work PC). Does anyone happen to know if there's a feature in Outlook 2010 that would send meetings reminders to a non-work email?

Do you mean you can only send meeting reminder to employees with emails on the network and not to any external email accounts? If you currently get an email you could always set up a forwarding rule to the external account.

If your company management does not allow to use any external app, then you should obey their policy. Please don't do anything against their norms, which can become a mess in future. As a good employee, you must respect their rules, there are may be several ways to do the same, but as you are an employee, this is not a good practice to go against your company's rules & norms.
