outlook mail routing - smarthost problem
I am having trouble getting mail from an organization that used a smarthost for our group.  I switched from exchange to web based and all other mail seems to be going through our hosts servers/dns but this org. keeps hitting the old exchange server.  There IT said they removed the smarthost but problem still exists (btw- MY boss is on my a$$ because of this of course and they seems clueless to solve).  Is it possible that their contacts (us) are cached??  will deleting all contacts pointing to us and re-entering them solve this??

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

The site below has a few helpful tools that will help you eliminate items on your side. Do an MX lookup to verify there are no residual records of the old mail exchange first.
