We are a large organization (25000 +) employees. 1 user is working fine for months, then tries to log in 1 day and gets an error = can not open Outlook / boot to safe mode and try to recover. I created a new user profile and she worked ok for rest of the day. Next morning - same "boot to safe mode" error. I have reimaged the laptop, but am wondering if you have an explanation of why this occurred.
