Outlook invitation it is not sent back to the meeting organizer. In addition, the Outlook meeting organizer is not seeing a response in the “ Tracking Tab” of the Outlook invitation

I suspect the user has one or more delegates and has the box checked “send meeting requests and meeting responses to my delegates only and not to me”. Check the delegates tab in tools, options.

    We have the same issue here at work with 6 out of 12 staff, but there is one user that doesn't have any delegate option enabled and have proved that he have accepted the invitation via outlook as seen in the Sent Folder of his mailbox and the organizer's inbox. Anyone else have a solution to this problem? Thanks, Ezskol

    Is everyone involved on the same Outlook version and patch level? Is this an exchange organization, and if so, what version and patch level? There are some calendar interaction issues between differing versions of outlook and or exchange.
