Outlook 2007 insufficient permission

Hello,
I have a user that is having problems with Outlook, so far this is what I am able to gather.
When trying to open random Emails that have been available before they get a message:  "You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object" 
This seems to be completely random.
The emails do not contain attachments.
They are from different addresses.
They are available through OWA.
They are available to others on the same Exchange Server.
They are available to this users Blackberry.
They are from single users and only addressed to this user.
I have tried everything I know how to do, which may not be all that much.  I really am at a loss here, could someone please advise me on this issue.  This is in a government building and a lot of this stuff is time sensitive.  I appreciate the help.

Have the user log into a different computer and try it again. If it works then their windows profile is corrupted and you will need to log in as an administrator, rename their windows account, have them log in again to create a new profile and then move all their stuff from the old profile to the new one. Once they have a new windows profile created, set up their outlook again and all should be well.

    If the client is set up for Cache operation... Something a little simpler to try (I dislike blowing away user profiles) is to disable the Outlook Cache, delete the cache file, and then re-enable the cache and let it regenerate. This can all be done with the user logged in. Ken

    Hello, Thank you very much for the advice. I went in and renamed the user file and signed out. Then at login I re-entered the users real name on the domain. This prompted me to start an entirely new user setup, including Outlook. Then I just copied over the Desktop and My Documents from the renamed user file, and presto. Problem solved. Thanks again. Rick
