Microsoft Outlook: Forwarding Meeting Invites

We have a weekly meeting for the entire company, when someone forwards this invite along, everyone in the company gets two copies of the invite. One with all of the information in the body of the invite, and one that is blank. It seems the blank version is what gets saved in everyone's calendars. Anybody know what's going on here? Why does everyone invited to the meeting get a notification when one person forwards the meeting invite?

Are all the invitees on same Exchange organization?
If yes then verify the following conditions must be satisfied in order to forward the meeting invites correctly:
    •    The attendee is using Microsoft Outlook 2010 or newer.
    •    The attendee’s Exchange Administrator allows meeting forward notifications to be sent to remote domains.
    •    The organizer is using a Microsoft Outlook client.

In the case of an attendee that uses a non-Exchange mail system, the attendee must be using Microsoft Outlook 2010 or newer and the organizer must be using a Microsoft Outlook client.
