Hello,
I just created an email form in outlook 2007 (Tools>Form>Design a Form>Message). I have published this form, and people are using it.
When the form is used, the custom fields are visible to the sender and to the person who receives the initial email. Any replies/forwards after the inital email lose the custom fields.
Is there a way to keep the custom form's fields in an email chain? I would appreciate any tips you could offer!

If everyone has the form on their computer then they can choose to use it replying. Outside users without the form I am pretty sure there is not a way.
