Outlook folders

I created folders while using MSN.com. Each folder contains specific names for specific business reasons. When I put the folder name in the Send line of Outlook, it doesn't recognize the name of the folder and wants a typical email address. I can't even retrieve the names of each folder. How do I get Outlook to send to the emails in each folder?

Software/Hardware used:
Outlook, Windows 7 Home Premium

I'm not sure of what your goal is here....you want to send an email from an account, into a folder within that account? This is the MSN Outlook , rather than Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, etc? Could you add some additional information here....I am really quite interested in what you are aiming for.

Andrea, Thank you for answering. I think I have solved my problem by accident. The 'folders' I was referring to are actually 'groups'. I was trying to put them in the 'Send' line by scrolling through the alphabet and clicking on them. That got them in the Send line, but when I tried to send the email, it said it didn't recognize the group. What I found was that by typing the Group name in the 'Send' line, Outlook recognized the name, accepted, it and sent the email to everyone in that group. Problem solved. I am pretty old, so this is a live and learn experience for me. Thanks again for trying to help.
