 outlook express
I set it up a new computer in my home office (connected via cable modem), and also want to access the program from the downstairs computer (wireless connection). The problem is some incoming emails show up on the office program and others show up on the downstairs machine (I think when the downstairs machine is on, even if outlook not opened, it becomes the default program. Messages will only show up on one of the machines, not both) do you know if there is a way to make all messages default to the home office computer, but still have access to them on the downstairs computer?

Answer Wiki:
Ensure that both the Outlook Express's are not configured in such a way that all read messages are removed from the mail server. To check this Click tools->Email Accounts. Highlight the Mail account and Click Change on the right side. Now click Advanced and the Last option is: Leave a copy of messages on the Server. Ensure that this is Checked. Now the question is: Can one of the Two Outlook Express's be made the Master Mail application and the other just to review messages. Well with the same mail account having two mail aaplications running at the same time will indeed cause the simillar problems as you've mentioned Praveen.
