When I attach a jpg picture file to an e-mail, the recipient can't open it. However, if I go to my SENT items folder, the file is there and I can open it in Windows Picture Manager. Does anyone else have the same problem? Can someone throw some light on the problem to solve it?

Since it's an error on the recipient system, what OS and e-mail client is used by the recipient? What happens? What error is reported? I'd first suspect that a link to the file is inserted rather than attaching the actual file. -- Tom
