Outlook Export to Access, et al – Inconsistent ordering

I want to Export old Outlook Emails (.PST File) to MS Access (Our current standard is Notes, but I cannot obtain NUPGRADE.EXE which I believe would convert the Emails to Notes!). Anyway I have found that the Export to Access does most of what I need, BUT it does NOT include the Date/Time of the EMails (or Size). I can use Copy/Paste in Outlook to Paste the Folder View Columns (e.g. Recipient, Date/Time, Size, etc.) into MS Access into added columns in the Table created by the Export BUT I am having trouble with the ordering of the Export versus the Copy/Paste! Initially I though that the Export was in the "Modified Date" order, but this is NOT true for at least one of my Folders. So do any of you know how I can achieve what I want - by at least ensuring that the Export and Copy/Paste are in the same order???? I hope I have explained this well enough for you to understand, but if not please contact me and let me know what needs more detailed information. Thanks
