Answer Wiki:
Start outlook on the machines and follow the wizard to create a new account (choose exchange). It will guide you through the process. Or...open Control Panel > Mail and then add a new account that way. Hope this helps! -Schmidtw

Please provide more details. Did you go through the setup and get errors? If so, what errors did you receive? Did you put in the name of your exchange server and was it able to resolve? Thanks.

Sorry, I oughtto explain, Iam very PC literate and therefore have tried all the variables I can think of. There seems to be something known by MS about this problem, but no sollutions as yet. I was wondering if this forum had any working ideas. Thanks anyway.

Did you update your SBS 2003?

If I remember correctly. Once you setup the computer account and specify which service it needs on the sbs server wizard. Then you join the computer to the domain by going to the sbs server website, It’ll populate all the email settings for you automatically.
