I upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook and reentered the email addresses for my group email and resent. Same error message - recipient list too large. only 50 emial addresses go thru.  What setting do I change in OUTLOOK to make more email addresses go thru?

BCC'ing the addresses might help -hides them at least, but I was thinking maybe it's a policy in Exchange Server to limit the number of recipients per message. Check under Mail Flow Settings. KG

The issue may be in Active Directory and not Outlook itself. Under your account, under Properties, there is a tab named Exchange General and the tab Delivery Restrictions, the Sending Message Size may be restricted to only allow you to send to a limited count of users or the restriction may be on the kb size. Check with your Network Admin. to verify if this is the case. IFIXW2K

It might be a restriction of your ISP. What do you know about the mail server that you send through? Tom
