This error message is usually something that happens when you try to open an attachment. I've heard that it is usually a corruption in registry settings for your browser that are setting off security alarms. You might want to change your default browser to Firefox or Chrome to see if the problem goes away (or from whatever your default browser is). There are some instructions on which registry keys to edit here -

Several questions… Is this a work pc? What Operating system is on it? Do you log on as yourself? Please provide more details, thanks!
