Outlook Mobile Access, BlackBerry, Outlook, Email storage, BlackBerry email, Blackberry Outlook
Where should I store my previous emails in outlook. I like to keep my inbox clean except for the emails that I need to respond to. old email I archive into seperate folders. Only problem with this is that I cannot access archived emails on blackberry. Does that mean I need to create folder under the inbox to be able to have mobile access to them. Only issue with this is that I have a limited amount of space in inbox.

Since an archived folder is stored on your local pc hard drive it is inaccessible from your blackberry. So yes you have to create subfoldersunder your inbox to view the mail from your blackberry. No way around it. No way around the space limitations for you inbox either unless you request more for valid business reasons of course if this is a business mailbox.
