Outlook “Delete Organizer name”

I am trying to find a way to hide or delete the "Organizer" name in Outlook 2010 calendar event.  I am the owner of the calendar and have shared with other who are publishing editors. Don't want to see my name when I print or share  calendars with other colleagues.

    In exchange server, as u mentioned u r the owner (hopefully admin rights) then u can remove the organizer name from the subject in resource room calendar. Here is a good portable document that can help u:
