 Outlook Connector 2002 and Domino 6.02CF1

I have an MD who refuses to use the notes Client and will only use outlook. I have installed the Outlook connector which has worked fine for several weeks but now when the send and receive is taking place it keeps crashing out with the NSD debugger kicking in. I can send the log file to anybody who is interested but has anybody come across this before.

I have seen the same problem. What I have found to work is to upgrade the notes client on the local machine and make sure that there are connection documents to the server for both local and remote access. I hate the connector myself and it is unreliable if you do not have a standard config for the notes install. Slao try and keep the notes client upgraded to the latest release at least every 6 to 9 months and keep checking for the connector updates. Hope this helps.
