 Outlook Calendar Invites to attendees in different time zones.
There is an outlook invite that I need to send out for 2pm UK time that I need to show on some peoples calendar who are in Abu Dhabi as 5pm Abu Dhabi time over there. Not sure how to do this.....I’ve already created a seond time zone for Abu Dhabi, but this has not done anything.... confused.

Actually the appointment should be put on each user's Outlook calendar appropriately based on their local computer timezone settings. -------- When outlook sends out the meeting it actually sends it out based on GMT time. The Outlook client then converts the time to the local time zone when the entry is shown to the user.
