I am a trainer that has to create schedules for all internal new hires. I am able to create a separate calendar within outlook and also add the emails of the people I need attending each meeting, but I am wondering if there is a way to 1. Create a calendar template so that I don't have to create the calendar from scratch every month and 2. Is there a way for me to send out the invitations in one action or do I have to click on every invite and send out manually? Any help in this would save me a lot of time.
