I am a trainer that has to create schedules for all internal new hires. I am able to create a separate calendar within outlook and also add the emails of the people I need attending each meeting, but I am wondering if there is a way to 1. Create a calendar template so that I don't have to create the calendar from scratch every month and 2. Is there a way for me to send out the invitations in one action or do I have to click on every invite and send out manually? Any help in this would save me a lot of time.
Thanks
Geoffrey

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

For your first question, go into the calender section, hit the F1 button and type in template and then Enter.  You will be given links on how to create templates for your calender for what you want.

For your second question.  Just create a DL, distribution list, in your Outlook email for all of the recipients

and save it with a name like Training List.  This way, you just type in the name of the list for the To line, and then you have everyone that you need.

Hope this helps.
