Is this a new problem or has it always been a problem? Is this an exchange account or a POP3 account? Have you applied all Microsoft updates for Office 2003? Please provide the details and troubleshooting steps you have tried thus far. Thank you.

This is an exchange account, the problem just started. The updates have been applied. I have done no steps for troubleshooting because the laptop is not very available. The laptop belongs to the CEO.
It seems some communication problem from you exchange server end. You should consult with your mail server administrator for better concern.

have you looked at the Message tracker in ESM to see if exchange is having any issues sending to the clients?
