Contact your E-Mail hosting company technical support and they will advise you how to modify the spam settings on their system to prevent e-mail from your boss getting sent to your SPAM folder.

I have not made changes to Outlook since running cleanrules, but I was able to receive two group e-mails from my boss yesterday. When we tested it just now, however, her e-mail sent only to me went straight to my webmail spam folder.
