		<description><![CDATA[There is not a problem with your Outlook settings - the issue is with the outside hosting system you referred to as &quot;&quot;www.1and1.com&quot;&quot;.  since the E-Mails from your boss are not reaching your inbox at the hosting site your Outlook can not down load them.  Contact your E-Mail hosting company technical support and they will advise you how to modify the spam settings on their system to prevent e-mail from your boss getting sent to your SPAM folder.]]></description>

I have not made changes to Outlook since running cleanrules, but I was able to receive two group e-mails from my boss yesterday. When we tested it just now, however, her e-mail sent only to me went straight to my webmail spam folder.]]></description>
