 outlook address list configure
Address book, Outlook, Outlook 2003, Outlook Address Book
when you raise a new email and click on 'to' to add the recipient, you get a drop down 'select name' list. Is it possible to change this list to add extra columns? roger

No, you can't actually change that view to include more or different columns. You can perform a search by other columns however by clicking the "More Columns" radio button. You can also go into "advanced find" , but you cannot change the default view of that window.
