 Outlook Address Book missing
Exchange 2003, GAL, Global Address Lists, Outlook, Outlook 2007, Outlook 2007 Address Book, Outlook 2007 contacts
I have this serious issue.I click for a new message and the click on to/cc/bcc i am getting this message "No entries in this Address Book". I tried this fix http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;287563&Product=ol2002 but it didnt help.Also its not only with my contacts i dont see anything in my addess book.I think i am missing my GAL? Plz advice...

Click on "Folder List" in Outlook, then right-click your contacts folder and choose properties. Go to the outlook address book tab and make sure "show this folder as an email address book" is checked. If it is, then try re-creating your profile. ~ technochic Thanks Techno , I tried creating a new profile but no luck ...

Zwr, that tool is for .pst files. If this is an exchange connection and not a .pst the tool will not help.
Pree, when you created the new profile, did you set it up as a cached or non-cached profile? Did you try it off cached mode and if so what were the results?
